Welcome to the new WCOCA website. Here you can catch up on the latest news and event announcements, learn a little bit about the association, and see photos of events both past and present. We’ll be adding more content regularly so make sure you check back!
A large feature of the new site is an exclusive members-only area where members can access additional content and purchase merchandise and places at events. Below is a brief guide to using the new features.
Joining the site
To sign up for access to the site visit Join the Association and fill in the form, making sure to enter a username and password. In order to verify you and to make sure we have your latest contact information we do require the whole form to be completed. Once submitted your application will be reviewed by the registrar and an email sent to you once you’re approved. You won’t be able to login until this time.
Logging in
Once registered, to log on to the members’ area, visit the Members’ Area page and enter your username and password.
What you can do
SHOP / MERCHANDISE
Once logged in you can purchase merchandise and book places to the next reunions. The site has a fully functioning shop feature and payment can be made via credit / debit card, PayPal, cheque, or bank transfer. Just select which option you’d prefer at checkout. For free events you will still need to go through the checkout process in order to complete the registration but you won’t be asked for any payment.
PROFILE
Clicking on My Profile will take you to your individual profile page, where you can upload a profile picture and cover photo. You can also edit your contact details by clicking on the settings wheel icon at the top right of your profile.
MEMBER DIRECTORY
If you’d like to get in touch with other members of the association you can search for them in the Directory. We’re only allowing users to see names and choir dates for other users so if you’d like to get in touch with someone please email the registrar (Barnaby Thwaites – registrar@wcoca.org) and he will pass on your details. We may introduce a chat feature to the site in the future, but not yet!
